Aciel s. r. o. is a manufacturing company, which arised in 2018, as a result of close cooperation of two companies: the commercial one and the manufacturing one, specialized in plastic processing.
We are a purely Czech company, dealing with processing of recycled PVC coming from cable sleeves. Our essential manufacturing programme is based on flooring plates, which are characterized by excellent physical and chemical characteristics (such as almost non-flamability, heat insulation, resistancy to most of chemicals and high point load etc.) due to used material.
Thanks to mentioned qualities, the flooring plates find application both in interior and exterior. For example, they can be used as a stock floor, in production halls, for horse boxes, in ice rinks, breeder constructions etc. Easy assembly (or disassembly, eventually) belong among other advantages: also a less skilled handyman will handle it and no expensive tools are needed.
More to the point, we offer a construction proposal of a variety of custom products, made from recycled PVC. We are able to react promptly to our customer wishes and to create a product proposal, to construct necessary forms and, consequently, to implement a serial production, and, where applicable, to ensure product certification.
When recycling plastics, one is usually interested just in obtained metal: while such a versatile material as PVC coming from cable sleeves, unfortunatelly, very often and in many countries, ends up on dump places and burdens the environment. To us, on the contrary, it gives space for future development and finding possibilities for its further use. You, our customers, bring us most of inspiration.
